Standard 1.0 Modular Option EC Installation and Maintenance Guide November 1999
Adding ACD agents
To add ACD agents, follow these steps.
Step Action
1 To begin adding ACD agents, load Overlay 11.
2 Respond to the prompts, as shown in “Overlay 11—ACD
agents” on page 12-33, for the first agent.
3 Repeat step 2 for each ACD agent.
4 When when you have added all the agents, reply **** to the
prompt REQ.
