• Backup: Use this icon to backup video/audio. Select the DVR, cameras, event type, destination
directory, time, & data range, and then click Apply or OK to begin the backup. Press Cancel to
cancel the backup.
• Snapshot: Use this icon to take a snapshot of the camera channel you are viewing.
• Broadcast: Use this icon to broadcast audio to all the connected DVRs.
• Toggle: Use this icon to toggle between full screen and the normal display.
• Full Screen Mode: Use this icon to enter full screen mode (without any icons).
• DVR Name: The name of the selected DVR is shown on the interface.
Click on this icon to show all available DVRs.
Once you click the DVR# icon, a list of available DVRs will be displayed. To connect to a DVR, click
on its name. In the 1/4/9/16 split-window video display, the camera status & alarm input/output
will all switch to correspond to the newly selected DVR. There is also a multiple option in the
device list. Select this option to display live video from other DVRs in a 4/9/16 type format.
• Playback Panel: With this panel, basic operations such as fast Backward, Fast Forward, Single
Frame, Play, Pause, Stop, and Copy are accessible.
• Copy: The copy function can be used to archive both live and playback video. Check/uncheck the
cameras that need to be archived when the Copy Dialog is shown, and then click the Apply
button. If you use the Apply button & select & highlight one of the cameras, the current copy
progress and status will be shown in the dialog.
• PTZ Control Panel: If the camera on the current channel is a PTZ camera, the following buttons
can be used for PTZ control. Available operations include Tilt Up/Down, Pan Left/Right, Zoom
In/Out, Focus Near, Focus Far, Iris – (Darker), Iris + (Lighter).
