Review the Upgrade Process
Changes in the upgrade process were introduced in Releases 11.9.2 and 12.0.
These changes include:
• The Studio Installer installation utility
• Component licensing through Sybase Software Asset Management
(SySAM)
• New directory structure
• New environment variables
